THIS IS A CASE INVOLVING A RELEASE OF PETROLUEM FROM UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS LOCATED IN JACKSON, GEORGIA THAT H HAS AFFECTED PRIVATE DRINKING WATER SUPPLIES (THESE PEOPLE ARE CURRENTLY CONNECTED TO CITY WATER).
