The pesticide was a disinfectant which was found by Region 3 during review of imported shipments via U.S. CBP's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The importer has the option to send the shipment back to the country of origin or destroy it. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was copied on the NORA.
