On April 23, 2026, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection recommending refusal of admission for misbranded pesticides imported through the Port of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The pesticides were being imported for research and development purposes, and the labels did not contain complete and correct information as required by FIFRA.
