On March 24, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported through the port of Harrisburg, PA. The pesticide, Dantoserve SG, was found during a routine electronic review of imported pesticides, and did not have the complete label on the outer container in violation of FIFRA. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was copied on the NORA. This action supports the Powering the Great American Comeback initiative - Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American.
