Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Brenntag Northeast, LLC of Oakmont, PA for sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide a pesticide whose composition differed (a pesticide that used an incorrect source of ingredients) from the composition represented in the registration, in violation of FIFRA. This was discovered from information collected during a producer establishment inspection conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) using EPA federal credentials. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified in advanced of the NOW, and also copied on the NOW.
