Every March 1st, and within 30 days of registering with EPA, these establishments are required to submit their production reports to EPA, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year. The cited facilities are located in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. The respective Departments of Agriculture were notified of these actions. This action supports the Powering the Great American Comeback initiative - Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American.
