Case summary
The Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order on April 9, 2026, ratifying the Consent Agreement settling a penalty action to resolve violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act, ( CAA ), against Soul Performance, LLC ( Soul Performance ).
