On September 9, 2026, the Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order accepting the Expedited Settlement Agreement to settle alleged violations of RCRA Subtitle I and West Virginia's underground storage tank (UST) program by Woodford Development Co., LLC (Tank Owner) and Umstott, Inc. By signing the agreement, the Respondent certified they had corrected the alleged violations. This activity furthers RCRA's purpose of promoting safe and effective handling and monitoring of Underground Storage Tanks in furtherance of the Administrator's Pillar #1 of providing every American with access to clean air, land, and water.
