This enforcement action supports Administrator Zeldin's Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American. The EPA notified Maryland in advance of this action, and Maryland had no objections. Per the terms of the Consent Agreement, Respondent will pay a $20,000 civil penalty.
