Case summary

On April 20, 2026, Region 3 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order, simultaneously commencing and concluding an administrative enforcement action, against Sai Baba, Inc. located at 21 Tuscawilla Drive, Charles Town, West Virginia 25414 (the Facility ) for alleged violations of RCRA Subtitle I and the authorized West Virginia Underground Storage Tank Regulations. The alleged violations include: (1) failure to perform annual functionality testing; and (2) failure to perform release detection using line tightness testing or a monthly method.
