On August 21, 2025, EPA Region 3 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order, simultaneously commencing and concluding an administrative action against Brody Trucking Co., Inc. (Respondent) for violations of RCRA Subtitle I and the State of Maryland's federally authorized underground storage tank program at the Respondent's facility located at 621 South Bentalou Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21223 (Facility). Based on observations made during an inspection on August 7, 2024, the violations alleged include failure to perform annual testing of the operation of line leak detectors, and failure to perform piping release detection.
