Case summary

On May 15, 2025, Region 3 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order, simultaneously commencing and concluding an administrative enforcement action, against Cybertech, Inc. for CWA Section 307 violations at the printer manufacturing facility located at 419 Sargon Way, Suite J, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044 (the Facility ). The violations alleged are failure to submit Semi-Annual Self-Monitoring Reports and failure to timely submit Semi-Annual Self-Monitoring Reports. Violations such as these can potentially lead to petroleum product leaks which can be harmful to both human health and the environment. The EPA notified the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in advance of this action, and the Department had no objections.
