Frontida BioPharm, LLC is a contract packager of prescription pharmaceutical solids, has notified as a Small Quantity Generator of hazardous waste, and generates flammable, corrosive, and spent solvent wastes. The violations in the settlement include operating without a permit, failure to make hazardous waste determinations, failure to conduct weekly inspections of waste accumulation area, failure to file an exception report, failure to document hazardous waste shipment on a manifest, and failure to manage universal waste lamps and batteries according to the regulations.
