Under the terms of the settlement, Quip Laboratories, Inc. will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $119,544.00 to resolve these eighty-three (83) violations. EPA notified the Delaware Department of Agriculture regarding this matter, and the Delaware Department of Agriculture has raised no objections.
