Case summary

On January 23, 2025, EPA Region III filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order, simultaneously commencing and concluding an administrative action proceeding against Ames Goldsmith Corp, who owns Pyromet LLC ( Pyromet ) located at 5 Commerce Drive, Aston, Pennsylvania 19014 ( Facility ) for violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ( RCRA ) and the authorized Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Management Regulations, discovered during EPA's compliance evaluation inspection of the Facility on April 17, 2024.
