On February 25, Region 3 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to Erie Plating Company for violations of RCRA Subtitle C and Pennsylvania's federally-authorized hazardous waste program, in connection with the facility located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Per the terms of the ESA, Erie Plating Company will pay a civil penalty of $10,000.00.
