On September 5, 2024, the Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order accepting the Expedited Settlement Agreement to settle RCRA Subtitle I violation and violation of West Virginia's underground storage tank (UST) program by Woodford Development Co., LLC, as the Tank Owner of USTs at the Par Mar Store 224 facility located at 1117 Hal Greer Blvd Huntington, WV 25701.
