On March 6, Region 3 issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order ( SSURO ) to Dollar Trends Inc. located in Philadelphia, PA, alleging violations of FIFRA. This action does impact environmental justice communities of concern as Dollar Trends is located in a potential EJ area. EPA notified the PA Department of Agriculture of the action.
