On July 30, 2024, Region 3 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) to Sun Tall Pines Harbor RV, LLC, pertaining to Sun Outdoors Chesapeake Bay located at 37.929512, -75.654514 on 8107 Tall Pines Lane (Tax Map Parcel #5100100012743; Accomack County Tax Map # 24-A-129), Temperanceville, VA 23442.
