Case summary

On April 1, 2024, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and accompanying Final Order (CAFO) with Aromatic Fusion, Inc. for violations of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements.
