Case summary

On April 1, 2024, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and accompanying Final Order with AIONX Antimicrobial Technologies, Inc. for violation of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements. AIONX Antimicrobial Technologies, Inc. failed to submit their Annual Pesticide Production report for 2022 by the annual March 1st due date for their pesticide-production facility, AIONX Executive Offices, located in Hershey, PA.
