Case summary
On July 18, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of misbranded pesticide devices imported by Crowley Government Services through the Philadelphia International Airport in Pennsylvania. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide device and these devices were missing the EPA Establishment number of the final place of production.
