Case summary
On May 3, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded FutureWay Robotic Pool Cleaner Filter and FutureWay Replacement Filter Pack , which determined to be pesticide devices, imported by Amazon Fulfillment Centers through the port of Baltimore, MD.
