On February 1, 2022, the Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order accepting the Expedited Settlement Agreement to settle RCRA violations and violations of Virginia's underground storage tank (UST) program by Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC, aka EPP - Leasing I, LLC, as the owner and/or operator of the underground storage tanks at the Richmond Highway BP facility located at 8263 Richmond Highway Alexandria, VA 22309 during the period of April 25, 2020 to October 1, 2020.
