On June 07, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (US CBP) to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported by Janssen Pharmaceutical through the US CBP Port of Philadelphia, PA (#1108). The pesticide Fungaflor 75 WSF was misbranded in that the container disposal statements were missing required language. Sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide is a violation of FIFRA. The importer stated they wish to export the product back to the country of origin.
