On May 4, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported through the Philadelphia, PA International Airport. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell/distribute pesticides which are not properly labelled (i.e. misbranded). The importer has stated that it will export the product back to the manufacturer and will provide documentation that it was exported.
