On April 6, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported through the Philadelphia, PA International Airport. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell/distribute pesticides which are not properly labelled (i.e. misbranded). The importer has stated that it will export the product back to the manufacturer.
