On January 11, Region 3 issued two Notices of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide device imported by IQ North America, Inc. through the port of Norfolk Newport News, VA. The pesticide device IQAir HealthPro Plus was misbranded in that its labeling contained false and misleading statements. Sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide is a violation of FIFRA.
