On January 5 and February 2, Region 3 issued seven (7) Notices of Refusal of Admissions (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide device imported by Amazon.com Services, LLC through the Philadelphia International Airport. The shipment contained UV tunnel sterilizer that was not labeled properly and was determined to be misbranded. Sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide device is a violation of FIFRA. The importer has stated they wish to export the product back to the country of origin
