On November 10, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admissions (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide device imported by UPS Supply Chain through the port Port of Philadelphia UPS Hub. The shipment contained a bug repeller pesticide device that was not labeled properly and was determined to be misbranded. Sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide device is a violation of FIFRA. The importer has stated they will export the product back to the manufacturer.
