Case summary

On May 20, Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning to Woodsteam Corporation of Lititz, PA for sale and distribution of misbranded pesticides and pesticide devices. The pesticidal products were misbranded in that they have false and misleading claims on the label including chemical free , safe , and pesticide free , and some labels were missing required information. The items had been imported to the Woodstream facility where they were relabeled in order to bring them into compliance with FIFRA.
