On September 8, 2020, the Director of ECAD, Region 3, entered into an Administrative Order on Consent with ISE America, Inc. ( Respondent ) to address corrective measures concerning alleged violations of the violations of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Discharge Permit for Animal Feeding Operations, NPDES Permit No. MDG01. Respondent owns and operates five (5) Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations ( CAFOs ) in the State of Maryland. The Maryland Department of Agriculture and the Maryland Department of the Environment were notified about this action.
