The settlement requires the Respondent to pay a penalty of $47,209 to resolve alleged violation of CWA Section 311 and 40 CFR Part 112, which include failure to include required information in the SPCC plan facility diagram and to provide adequate secondary containment for some of the facility's bulk storage containers, mobile or portable containers, and one loading/unloading rack.
