A Notice of Warning (NOW) +was issued May 02, 2019 to Albemarle Corporation of Tyrone, Pennsylvania concerning several misbranded pesticides ( Acibenzolar-S-methyl Technical / SePRO Fluprimidol Technical / Pyroxsulam MC ) which listed false/ misleading information and/or missing required information on the labels. Along with misbranding issues, the letter also addresses possible issues regarding incorrect reporting of the pesticide Siege Gel Insecticide on the company's annual pesticide production reports as well. As a result, Albemarle Corp. is considered to be in violation of FIFRA 12(a)(1)(E) for misbranding and 12(a)(1)(L) for incomplete/inaccurate reporting.
