On September 12th, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with CVA Inc. based in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania to settle violations of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection�s underground storage tank regulations at the CVS Site Management, located in Fairless Hills, PA. As a result of this case, Region 3�s enforcement team, in coordination with Pennsylvania Department of the Environment, was able to resolve an UST violation of failure to perform tank release detection. CVA Inc. was responsible for a $940 penalty as well as compliance with all UST requirements.
