Case summary
On May 22, 2019, 2013, EPA filed an Administrative Complaint, Compliance Order, and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing ( Complaint ) against Warriach Brothers International LLC , the owner and/or operator of underground storage tanks at the S & P All Stop facility located at 34099 Market Street in Cecilton, Maryland ( Facility ), to enable EPA to determine whether the facility is in compliance with applicable requirements and uphold the integrity of EPA's enforcement program. The Complaint seeks to compel Respondent to provide a full response to an unanswered Request for Information issued August 9, 2018 pursuant to Section 9005(a) of RCRA. The Maryland Department of the Environment has been notified of this action and has raised no objections.
