The violations include a failure to conduct timely tank release detection on all the USTs, and failure to have functioning overfill prevention equipment installed on one of the USTs. The violations were discovered through information collected during an inspection at the facility on August 21, 2018, and from information provided after the inspection. Under the terms of the settlement, Respondent has paid a civil penalty in the amount of $8,460.00 and has returned to compliance with the violations cited.
