On October 3, 2018, authorized representatives of the EPA conducted an inspection of the Willard Agri-Service of Lynch, Inc. facility located at 11523 Lynch Road in Lynch, MD, to determine compliance with the Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulations promulgated at 40 C.F.R.
