The FIFRA misbranding regulations are designed to protect human health and the environment by requiring the label on a pesticide package or container provides critical information about how to handle and safely use the pesticide product. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $15,768.00. The state has been notified of and has no objection to this action.
