Case summary
On April 3, 2018, a Notice of Warning was issued to Fisher & Thompson, Inc. of Leola, Pennsylvania for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Under FIFRA, pesticide products must bear a label containing the information specific by the Act, including appropriate directions for use. Periodically, pesticide labels will be updated by the Registrants, and new labels should bear this updated label language. Fisher & Thompson, Inc. was found to be selling two (2) pesticide products bearing an out of date label.
