On February 16, 2017, a Notice of Warning (NOW) was sent to DiSorb Systems, Inc. ( DiSorb ) of Philadelphia, PA for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). An inspection conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture using Federal Credentials revealed that DiSorb was selling and distributing three (3) pesticidal products with an out of date label. This constitutes a misbranded label under FIFRA.
