Case summary

On March 15, 2018, Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to FMC, agent for Cheminova A/S. During a review of a Notice of Arrival for the import of a pesticide, EPA Region 3 determined that Cheminova A/S had failed to file their initial report for their registered establishment in Denmark, as required under FIFRA Section 7. Cheminova A/S, via their Agent FMC Corporation, has since submitted their report and come into compliance. New EPA Establishments are required to submit an initial report within 30 days of registering their establishment with EPA.
