One (1) violation of the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 170.135(a) - failure of an agriculture employer to display a pesticide safety poster containing required information and meeting location, accessibility and legibility in a central location at an agricultural establishment at a time when covered pesticides had been applied to crops within 30 days and while agricultural workers were on the agricultural establishment.
