EPA Region III Settles CAA Matter with the Domtar Mill located in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania [Docket No. CAA-03-2018-0121]. The Regional Judicial Officer issued a Final Order on September 4, 2018 accepting the Expedited Penalty Action and Consent Agreement to commence and settle violations of CAA Section 112(r)(7).
