Case summary
LCD issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Earthworx, Inc. (Earthworx) of Brookville, PA for two violations of FIFRA. As a result of a tip received from the public, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture conducted a for-cause inspection at Earthworx to determine if Earthworx was repackaging the herbicide Razor Pro from bulk containers into customer-provided containers. Earthworx does not have an EPA registered establishment number, and does not have a repackaging agreement with the registrant of Razor Pro, Nufarm Americas.
