During EPA?s Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the Facility on May 18, 2016, evidence was uncovered indicating Dober Chemical Corporation had not performed hazardous waste determinations on three totes of hazardous waste. Dober Chemical Corporation will draft and implement a Standard Operating Procedure to ensure all solid waste material at the Hazelton Facility is subject to a hazardous waste determination.
