Part 63, Subpart ZZZZ, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines ('' 63.6580-6675). The Final Order, which incorporates a Consent Agreement executed by the parties, resolves the alleged past civil violations. The proceeding was initiated by a proposed Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO). Under the terms of the settlement, a civil penalty of $195,000 will be paid by Centre Foundry.
