Case summary
On September 30, 2016, Region III issued the above captioned RCRA 3008(h) Order to Chemtrade Solutions LLC and Drawbridge Claymont (Respondents) for implementation of corrective measures required pursuant to a May 10, 2016 Final Decision and Response to Comments (FDRTC). The Order requires implementation of Institutional Controls at the South Plant of the Claymont, Delaware Facility in order to comply with the RCRA corrective action remedy selected by EPA in the FDRTC. The Institutional Controls include cap maintenance and monitoring and groundwater use restrictions at and around the Facility property. This Order includes a ?next gen? component in that it incorporates state of the art GPS mapping technology.
