BASED ON THE FIELD INSPECTION SPCC PLAN REVIEW EPA FOUND VIOLATIONS INCLUDING: SPCC PLAN WAS NOT CERTIFIED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, FACILITY FAILED TO REVIEW THE PLAN EVERY FIVE YEAR, MAINTAIN INSPECTION RECORDS FOR THREE YEARS AND IMPLEMENT A TANK INTEGRITY TESTING PROGRAM.
