REG. 19618 (APRIL 11, 2000) AND THE SELF AUDIT/SELF DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARYLAND STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISRATION AND THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY REGION III (SEPTEMBER 15, 2008). THE NOD IS BASED ON SELF-DISCLOSURES PROVIDED BY THE MARYLAND STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION WESTMINSTER SHOP FACILITY LOCATED AT 150 WYNDHURST DR. WESTMINSTER, MD 21157. THE FACILITY PROVIDED INFORMATION CONCERNING POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS OF THE CWA AND RCRA. EPA ISSUES THIS NOD BECAUSE THE FACILITY MET ALL OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE AUDIT POLICY.
